Our Story
Somnuk and Montree Arpachinda know exactly what following the "American Dream" means. Arriving from Thailand to Michigan in 1971, they opened their first Bangkok Cuisine in 1983. At a time when many people didn't know about Thai food, the couple overcame great adversity and established an empire of Thai restaurants across the Metro Detroit area, employing over 100 individuals.
